    Hello
    Could you help me please?
Somebody said, keep up the good work.
I would like to know the meaning of it.
    Thank you for any help.

    Hello
The phrase "keep up the good work" is used to encourage a person to continue doing the good things they are doing now.
Well done, you try to improve your English. Keep up the good work.
