je m'entraine pour les expressions écrites, quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider à corriger mes fautes s'il vous plait?

1.A journalist writes a short magazine article to say why it is important to commemorate the World Wars. Write the article.
Obviously, everyone is aware of World Wars, but what instructions must we learn about them?
Firstly, commemorating World Wars teach us about the mistakes of history, but also of human kind. Thereby they are reminding that wars and violence are an illness because of the staggering deaths, whether it was the population or soldiers.
Patrioticly, events as the commemoration of the Vel d'Hiv in July aimed at honouring memory of the many deaths who suffered from wars. Except from
Jews, commemorations are usually made to thank the courage and braviour of all the soldiers who fought to defend their country. It is paying tribute to those heroes who died with honour.
All in all, people today must not be ignorant of these commemorations in order to not to forget the appalling events of History to have a better future in harmony.
