Hello,
None of your sentences is ok; jeans is a noun in plural, you can't use 'a'. You can't use 'some' either, which would mean you want to buy one leg or the waist or a pocket...
I think you coud say : I am going to buy jeans. It would be fine.

Hello,
In English all the clothes "below the belt "with two holes through which you put your legs or feet are plural:
shorts, jeans, trousers, overalls, swimming-trunks, knickers, briefs. (notice that a skirt or a dress are singular since there is only one hole through which you put the entire body.)
my system doesn't apply to the clothes "above the belt": a pullover, a shirt.... are singular although you have two arms... sorry!
Socks and gloves are usually plural since obviously, you've got two feet and two hands but you might have lost a glove or a sock.
If you describe a piece of clothing, you will say: I bought a pair of jeans, I bought three pairs of jeans.
When you wear them, just use "jeans" She was wearing jeans and a white T-shirt.
I bought some jeans is ok only if you insist on having bought several pairs of jeans, a certain quantity, not just one. But you wouldn't say: I'm wearing some jeans, or Maybe you would mean that you picked up a pair of jeans in haste without choosing.
"a jeans" is wrong.

Hello.
In the U.S., we do sometimes say "He is wearing some jeans", although perhaps "He is wearing jeans"" or "He is wearing a pair of jeans" are used more often. In the same way, it's possible to say it all three ways for anything that comes as a pair-shoes, socks, gloves, etc.
