my friend asked me, "have you had your lunch?" then what do I have to tell him?
whether the answer is "yes. I had had my lunch?"
Is it correct?

Hello, why do you change the tense? To be on the safe side, I'll use the tense mentioned in the question unless a tense change is needed( in reporting verbs for example); and that's another story.
