Difference/ who-whom

Hello!
In exercise 109888, sentences 6 and 10, can "who" be accepted instead of "whom"? I´ve read that whom is not used nowadays.

Whom can be used anyway though who is often used instead.
Here you can't use who because the instructions don't allow it.
Ask a question on words highlighted in blue, using 'whom', 'where', 'what', or 'when'.
