    j'aimerais savoir si mon résumé d'article est compréhensible et que je respecte la grammaire et les temps.

    This text is an article, the article deal with nursing comunication. It was published on xxx, an english website, on June 30th 2014. It was written by Lanette Andrson who is the director of the West Virginia State Board of examiners for Licensed Practical Nurses.
    The purpose of this article is show effective of communcation. They are two parts: the first is differents forms and techniques of communiction, the second is the tone of communication.
    He explains that in this profession, the communication in nursing is important between members of the healthcare team. As a result they need to take a look at how effective they are at communicating and how they can improve.
    Communication have various forms: non-verbal signals such as standing with arms crossed, avoiding eye contact. Theses expressions ca indicate that they don't want interact with another person.
    They then have to make sure that non-verbal and verbal messages should be consistent.
    He argues that Verbal communcation must be also cleary articulated.
    The seconds parts shows that the nature of th communication must also be considered, make e difference between for example being assertiv and being rude.
    According to Ms. Anderson, working against each other wether physician vs. Nurse or nurse vs. Nurse -diminshesthe likelihood that they get to each that goal. They have to be professional enough to work together effectively as a team.
    He denounces that if important information isn't given or received effectively, litigation, complaints to the licensing board, etc. can  happen.  
    If informations is given effectively, a lot of medical errors that can be prevented.
    To conclude  the way nurses communicate with others is an important step towards prevention.
    This article is interesting since is presents us quicky  how well communicated with members  of the healthcare team.
    He's not really relevant to with my subject for my memoire however talk communication. My memoir deal wth communication between physician and their patient.

    Ce serait déjà bien si vous vous étiez rendu compte que Lanette est une femme: en tapant son nom sous google, on trouve son cv et un grand nombres d'articles qu'elle a publiés dont le vôtre:
