    Cordialement.

    Mail 1:
    Hello Sir, Madam
After looking at your website, I was very interested in the type of cards made by your company. Therefore, I would like to know if you can send me a free template card without an order in advance. And if the application is satisfactory I would like to order 500 cards. To do what delivery applied to this order? From how many cards do you receive a reduction?
Waiting for your reply, please accept Dear expression regards

    Mail 2 :
    Dear Mr Dupond
Further to our meeting, was scheduled for next week, I regret to advise you that i am forced to postpone due to a business trip that requires me to travel urgently to Hong Kong. Nevertheless, I propose therefore that we find ourselves between October 24 and October 26, 2013 from 15h. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience.
    Yours sincerely.

    Mail 3 :
    Dear Samuel,
Thanks for your last email. Unfortunately, there will be a delay on the work you have requested. Indeed, this delay is explained by errors amount in the last two documents. You'd have me references document specifying the amount to round number. Waiting for your answer, I wish you a good week.
