Hello,
When you ask or answer a question on the forum it would be much nicer if you said 'Hello' first.
You can ask for correspondents here: Link
Best wishes.

First of all, will you always spell the subject pronoun with a capital letter wherever it is located in a sentence : ' I ' . It is so and will never change .
Then , who are you both looking for ? Somebody to exchange written messages with or to speak to ?
In the former case , you can address anyone on this site , as long as he/she agrees with you : just look for ' penpals' or ' penfriends' .In the latter , if you wish to have real talks in English , why not join a club , a course or an association linked to the town you live in ? Most town- halls would give you a proper guide and help .
I hope this helps you for a start ! Good luck to the two of you . Violet .
