I
1 My sister who is a dentist bought a new car.
2 My sister,who is a dentist ,bought a new car.
Which of them shows that I have more than one sister ?

Hello
The first one can imply that you have more than one sister by saying that it is only the sister who is the dentist who bought the car.
My sister who is a dentist bought a new car.
In the second sentence, you can remove the non-restrictive clause (between commas) and the sentence becomes:
My sister bought a new car.
This does not imply that you have more than one sister.
