Hello,
Can you help me please?
In the passage "The Tapestry of Friendship" written by Ellen Goodman, there is a sentence:
" Well, that duality must have been mortally wounded in some shoot-out at the You're OK, I'm OK Corral.
What does it mean by saying "You're OK, I'm OK Corral."?

Isn't it implicitly alluded to the movie : "Gunfight at the O.K. Corral"?
the clash is compared to a shoot-out in a western
I hope it helps
