    Hello!

What is the context? English is always capitalized.

    Hello
"legal English" and "just English" can both be said depending on the context, but they each mean different things. So without the context we don't know if you are using them correctly or not.

We all are expecting a context in order to answer that question.

Maybe you are talking about the term of the law?If I guess right, you should use legal Enlish or language of the law or legal language.
I don't know whether you are satisfied with this answer.
