Hello! Here is the correction to Part A.
Harvesting saffron is slow and back-breaking work. Each one of these delicate flowers has to be hand-picked. But the stems inside are the most expensive spice in the world. No wonder saffron farming's (=farming is) making a comeback in the crisis.
Jesús says, for many years only the worst off would do it.
Interpreter: People in this area have always had a bit of land because it could provide extra income for the year. But it was mainly people who had little money who'd cultivate it.
Today, all that's changed. The recession has left millions of Spaniards unemployed, so some are going back to their land. The season only lasts a few days each year, so when the flowers bloom, it's "all hands on deck" to gather them.
The stigma then have to be plucked out and dried -- strictly a job for the nimble-fingered.
Just two decades ago, 60% of all families here in central Spain would grow saffron, the spice that's critical for the perfect Paella.
Demetria's (=Demetria has) been involved in the harvest for years.
I was about three years old when I started peeling the little roses, she says. Now her children are involved too.
With the price of the spice at an all-time high, farmers can sell their crop for more than $4,000 a kilo. The attraction's (=attraction is) obvious -- the only problem: you need to pick tens of thousands of flowers for that.
Part B.
1. Jesús says that throughout history, only the rich people would harvest saffron.
b. Faux
"Jesús says, for many years only the worst off would do it."
2. In this area of central Spain, a lot of people own a bit of land.
a. Vrai

Me voici pour finir la correction...
Tout d'abord, il faut faire une remarque concernant les apostrophes. In spoken English, it is common to hear nouns and verbs contracted by an apostrophe. For instance, in this text:
farming's (=farming is)
Demetria's (=Demetria has)
attraction's (=attraction is)
This is common and permissible in spoken, informal English, but it should be avoided in written English. With the exception of possessives, apostrophes should be eliminated in formal writing because they are considered colloquial. Apostrophes that contract nouns and verbs can cause confusion because it isn't always clear what letters are being contracted.
farming's (=farming is? farming has?)

Hello,dear,
Thank you ever so much,ourfather..this is so good for everyone and this "swinging " site , getting some fresh air, these days!.
... Surtout continuez dans cette voie ! Le trimestre n'est pas encore terminé !
