To me, TOELF is often asked for university purposes, especially US, Canadian and Australian universities, where as TOEIC is more related to European/Asian business issues.

    Take it easy!

Friendly remark about the first post.
    It was correct to write:
I don't know which is the best.

Hey, you don't need to take any exam if you are a French student who wants to study biology in England, do you?

I don't think you do, but you must have a good command of the language! Have you already applied to a British university? Have you had an offer?

No I haven't applied yet. I would like to go as an Erasmus student (in 2008/2009). It is a great scheme : everything is taken care of. You can choose among a few universities (In my case university of Leeds, Warwick, and Imperial College of London). The great thing is that you don't have any academic fees to pay! Plus, you get between 200 and 300 euros per month. Not bad huh? There is one problem : you can only stay one year! Do you know something about these universities? I'm quite interested in Warwick, and I would like to know more about its reputation.

Hello, I think that TOEFL is the best too.
That is to say I agree with adonic2000.
