Hello
Practice is a noun in British English ( but can be a verb in American):
I am out of practice.
Practise is the verb. I am looking for somebody with whom I could practise English.
To search is to frisk somebody, to feel with your hands to see if he has got a weapon or to turn a room upside down to look for drugs...
Are you looking for somebody who would teach you English or someone who would learn English with you?
To teach and to learn are different verbs. The teacher teaches and the student listens, takes part and learns.
