Hello everyone!
I don't quite understand the difference between "rich" and "wealthy".
Someone told me that to talk about a country where the inhabitants have a good standard of living, I should use the word "wealthy", but despite my research I don't understand the subtle difference between these two adjectives.

Hello,
"rich" signifie "riche" tout simplement
"wealthy" ajoute l'idée de puissance, d'opulence
