    Hello my dear Marit, thanks!
    Hi Flowermusic!
Bonjour aux fidèles et bonne chance, c'est très facile !
    Hi Everybody!

    Here is my work:
1- A thick slice or thick flat piece of anything. (l s b) slab = bloc, dalle, part, morceau.
2- To move (up and down). (b b) bob = s'agiter, flotter, danser.
3- Unable to walk properly. (m l) lame = boiteux, estropié.
4- Wonder and fear. (w) awe = stupeur, effroi, émerveillement.
5- (Of the moon) to appear to become smaller as less of it is visible. (n w) wane = décroître.
6- To change direction suddenly. (r v) 2 veer = virer, dévier, tourner.
7- To desire or wish for eagerly (especially something belonging to someone else). (v c t) 2 covet = convoiter.
8- A wheel over which a rope etc can pass in order to lift heavy objects. (l p l) 3 pulley = poulie.
    9- An old word for a pig. (n w s) 2 swine = porc, pourceau.
10- An offensive word for a person who behaves in a cruel or disgusting way towards others. (n w s s) 2 swines = fumier, ordure, salaud. (Un s en trop ?)... car pourtant il y a : "a person"
