    Correction/ motivation
    Message de noemie56 posté le 26-01-2021 à 16:32:15 (S | E | F)
    Bonjour,

Je dois effectuer un stage dans une entreprise canadienne en octobre et pour cela, il faut que j'envoie une lettre de motivation rédigée en anglais.
    Pourriez-vous m'aider à la corriger s'il vous plait ?
    Merci pour vos réponses!

    Dear Hiring Manager,

I am currently looking for an internship in Canada for a period of 3 months starting from October 1st, 2021 to put my knowledge and skills into practice.

As a master’s degree student in translation and international relations, I have developed not only great linguistic knowledge but also a solid general knowledge which, I am convinced, fit your requirements. Indeed, I am working daily on texts covering a wide range of subjects and I am using different languages including French, English and Chinese.
Moreover, I personally believe that being able to speak and work with different languages is crucial in building strong client relationships; not only it demonstrates your interest in their culture but also your investment in their language. Therefore, I guarantee that my strong communication as well as my time-management skills will help me excel as an intern at your company.

First, my great interest in languages gave me the opportunity to go to Canada as an exchange student in 2016. As I just graduated from high school, it was important to me to broaden my knowledge of the world and learn a different language and culture by immersion.
In addition, during my final of my bachelor’s degree and as part of my Erasmus program, I had another opportunity to study in Canada, this time at The University of xxx. There, I took English classes to improve my language skills, but I also attended an international trade course as well as a trans-cultural communication course which helped me understand even more foreign trade techniques.

Thank you for taking the time to read my application. I am available for interview at any time and look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Sincerely,

    XXX
