Find the missing vowels and unscramble the consonants in order to get the right word.
This time, the number of vowels is given in 8 out of 10 answers.
1- A shelf or an object that sticks out like a shelf. ..... (d l g) 2
2- Deeply affected, overwhelmed or afflicted. ..... (k s r n c t) 2
3- Expressing feelings etc freely and without embarrassement. ..... (b h n d n t)
4- To make a movement or sign (directing a person or telling him to do something). ..... (n m t) 3
5- A group of trees or bushes. ..... (m c p l) 1
6- To waggle or wriggle. ..... (g l w g) 2
7- A formal document giving rights or privileges. ..... (r t c h r) 2

Here is my work:
1- A shelf or an object that sticks out like a shelf. (d l g) 2 ledge = rebord, saillie.
2- Deeply affected, overwhelmed or afflicted. (k s r n c t) 2 stricken = toucher par, frapper par, dévaster par.
3- Expressing feelings etc freely and without embarrassement. (b h n d n t) uninhibited = désinhibé, sans retenue.
4- To make a movement or sign (directing a person or telling him to do something). (n m t) 3 motion = faire un signe à qqn.
5- A group of trees or bushes.(m c p l) 1 clump = touffe, broussailles.
6- To waggle or wriggle. (g l w g) 2 wiggle = se tortiller.
7- A formal document giving rights or privileges. (r t c h r) 2 charter = autorisation.
8- A swinging weight, that which operates the mechanism of a clock.(d m l p n) pendulum = balancier.
9- To walk with heavy footsteps. (r p t m) 1 tramp = marcher d'un pas lourd.
10- Not able to produce crops, fruit, young etc. (r n b r) 2 barren = stérile.
