    I'm in the detail/help

    Hello!
    What does this mean please?.
It is a phrase from a song lyrics by Fall out boys; My song know what you did in the dark

"........I'm in the details with the devil
So now the world can never get me on my level
I just got to get you out of the cage........"

Hello, it is probably an allusion to the expression "The devil is in the details." See you.

Hello to you giftedsam and all the forum.

No, I'm afraid you made few mistakes.

"Besides, in the meantime I'm just dreaming of tearing you apart
I'm in the details with the devil
You know the world can't ever get me on my level
I just got to get you out the cage
    On my own, lovers' rage
Tout seul, la rage des amoureux
God, I need a spark to ignite

    "can't ever" not "can never"
"get you out the cage" and not "of the cage".

    I hope it helps.
