    Hello student and teachers,
if I wanna say that I will meet my best friend Sonia tonight, what is better to say?
    I'll meet Sonia tonight
I'm going to meet Sonia tonight
    I'm meeting Sonia tonight
    I'm to meet Sonia tonight.
    Thank you

    Hello,
All of them are understood and correct. They essentially mean the same thing.
The last one is not used often. The first three are very common ways of saying it.
There is no one "best" way in this case.

    Hello,
We use will to talk about facts or things that we believe are true.
In this case you are sure that you want to meet your friend so you can say:
    I'll meet Sonia tonight.
    Have a good time.

    Hello,
I would make a difference between the three:
I'm going to meet Sonia tonight. It has been planned, I look forward to it maybe.
I'm meeting Sonia tonight. It has been arranged, everything is settled, I just mention that meeting because it crosses my mind.
I'll meet Sonia tonight. Pure future, can also dimly express the will of the speaker to meet Sonia.
