First, the Trial Court are the court where cases start and heard for the first time ,each states have a trial court of General Jurisdiction who hear civil and criminal cases , they are and special or limited Trial Courts that only hear certain types of cases . They are some specialized juridiction for exemple : The Probate Court .
Second, state intermediate courts of appeals is the court that hears appeals from trial court judgment.
Finally , the State Supreme court is considered that the state court of last resort and the hight state court. He is exclusively for hearing appeals of legal issues and correcting the errors about law application of inferior courts , the decision of a State Supreme Court is considered final and no other appeal is possible .

    Bonsoir,
First, the Trial Court are (faute de conjugaison, le sujet est au singulier)the court where cases start and heard for the first time ,each states (each + singulier)have (faute de conjugaison) a trial court of General Jurisdiction who (pas le bon relatif, l'antécédent n'est pas une personne)hear civil and criminal cases ,

they are (they are = ils sont, pas "il y a")and (pourquoi "and"?)special or limited Trial Courts that only hear certain types of cases . They are (même remarque)some specialized juridiction (pluriel) for exemple (orthographe) : The Probate Court .
Second, (article)state intermediate courts (singulier)of appeals is the court that hears appeals from trial court judgment (mettre au pluriel).
Finally , the State Supreme court is considered that (pas le bon mot) the state court of last resort and the hight (orthographe) state court. He (He est un pronom évitant de répéter le nom d'une personne masculine) is exclusively for hearing (pour + verbe = to + infinitif) appeals of legal issues and correcting the errors about (article)law application of inferior courts , the decision of a State Supreme Court is considered final and no other appeal is possible .

    Bonsoir

... the court where cases start and heard (il faut un passif: ... où les affaires sont entendues) for the first time ,each states have a trial court of General Jurisdiction who hear civil and criminal cases , they there are and (also?) special or limited Trial Courts that only hear certain types of cases . They are some specialized juridiction have jurisdiction in special matters for exemple : The Probate Court . ("jurisdiction" ne correspond pas habituellement au français "juridiction", mais signifie "compétence")
