    Bonjour,

The federal court system has free (misspelled - free = gratuit/libre) mains (pas de "s") levels: US District Court, US Circuit Court of Appeals and the US supreme court, each level of court serves a different legal function for both civil and criminal cases. composed of judges elected for life. (ce n'est pas une phrase complete)

The Supreme court also called SCOTUS (mettre des virgules avant et après) was created by the US constitution, precisely its Article III who (who est pour une personne, which pour des chose) established a court supreme. (inversez ces mots) He (He est pour une personne, It pour une chose) is in Washington DC.
The Article III of the Constitution says that ‘’ judicial power of the united states shall be vested in one supreme court and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and established ’’ It is the high court of the federal judicial system .
The particulars (uniqueness ou particularity) of this court it (supprimez) is that decisions are final and no other appeal is possible. The supreme court is competent one (on) cases about constitution , federal law and so deals with cases on appeal and the most important cases.

The Courts of appeals, also called Circuit Court created by the Congress in 1948, there are 13 appellate courts, the appellate court’s (courts) consist of three judges, task (tasked) to determine if a law has been applied correctly in the trial court.

The trial court is called U.S District Courts , they (there) are 94 and was (were) created by the Congress. The US district court composed of 70 district judges appoints (il faut le participe passé) for life by the US President, he tries the case and there is a jury that decided (decides) the case, other judges are called District Magistrate who assist district judges and preparing a case (prepare cases) for trial. During a trial, only one judges (singulier) preside (one judge presides) over the case.
